Service Redesign Mark has managed redesign projects locally, regionally and nationally incorporating process mapping, project management techniques and team diversity and human dimensions of change, helping staff to become engaged in the change process and supporting them throughout sometimes difficult change scenarios. One or two day courses exploring the use of process mapping and easy to access small project management tools and techniques. Exploring and challenging why people do and don't change when faced with what can be seen as daunting times. Generally services need staff on board and using their skills and knowledge is vital for service development. On offer is a one day introduction to the basics of project management that is designed to show the fact that project management is not a million miles from care planning and that people have the desired skills. These are supportive sessions with plenty of interactivity portraying change as a positive aspect and something that we are all really used to and able to manage. Also available to suprvise project management and consult on service changes and the most eficient ways to engage staff in the change process.
